Lone Star Film Festival
The Lone Star Film Festival, held annually in Fort Worth, Texas, is a premier event celebrating independent cinema, featuring film screenings, industry panels, and networking opportunities. Organized by the Lone Star Film Society, it hosts both a film fest with educational programs for aspiring filmmakers as well as a gala to help raise money for their educational workshops and camps.
This year’s theme and design was a hybrid concept that took the daring, classiness from Casino Royale and fused it with the existing rustic-chic nature of the gala venue, the Bowie House.
The fest poster paid homage to the classic western style tradition but with a fresh film fest twist set in event’s color palette and typography.
The robust event branding covered all user touchpoints from social to billboards to custom laurels featuring the Texas state flower, the bluebonnet, to ads in Texas Monthly magazine.
We elevated signage and menus by using mirrored teal acrylic at the gala and brought in pops of bronze foil on the save the dates and digital graphics.
